Come summers and all the kids want is ice, fresh fruits, juice and cold drinks. So why not think of a way to feed them nourishment their way? A way they would be enchanted and happy with and a way in which a clever mom packs the lolly with healthy fresh fruit, which not only has minerals and vitamins but also colour and visual appeal? Well who said mothering was easy?

Fun and Fruit go together in the heat to beat the weather. When it is smoldering hot, cool the kids and others too down with these easy to make fresh fruit ice pops. All you will get is a pat on the back. You are eating healthy afterall.
Take freshly peeled and cut fruit about two cups in quantity like Peach, Kiwi, Orange, Strawberry, Blueberry, Watermelon, Grapes, Raspberries and such.
Keep two cups of fruit punch handy. You may also use coconut water or white grape juice.
Combine the fruits in a mixing bowl, arrange into molds. Pour enough juice to cover the fruits. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for six hours minimum.
Take it out, serve and enjoy. Kids are happy and so are you! Slurpppp slurpppp slurpppp!
